Cosmo 1:1, a premier online learning platform, connects K-12 students in the US, Canada, and Asia with tutors for personalized lessons. You set a flexible schedule and teach 50-minute 1-on-1 sessions to North American students using the Cosmo curriculum.

This independent contractor role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of K-12 ELA/ESL/EFL teaching experience, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace. Classes are scheduled 3–10 PM EST Mon–Fri or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA/ESL/EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• Excellent internet connection and a suitable computer setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in the Cosmo App promptly.
• Prepare age-appropriate lesson materials.
• Submit feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
