Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced K-12 educators for online tutoring with a flexible, set schedule. You will teach 50-minute one-on-one lessons to North America-based students using the Cosmo curriculum.

This independent contractor role requires a Bachelor3s degree and at least 3 years of experience in ELA/ESL/EFL, plus familiarity with K-12 ELA standards. You must have reliable internet, Windows or Mac PC, and be available 3–10 PM EST weekdays or weekends, with at least 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor3s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student3s age and ability.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
