Job summary

Cosmo supports K-12 learning through 1:1 online tutoring with flexible scheduling. Tutors determine their weekly availability and teach 50-minute sessions to North American students using Cosmo curriculum.

This independent contractor role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in teaching ELA/ESL/EFL. You’ll meet with students at set times, maintain a professional online presence, and earn $20 per class plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
