Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with behavioral needs under IEP guidance. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized instruction and behavior support.

You will implement PBIS CASE strategies, collect data on student progress, and collaborate with teachers and parents. This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within SESI's national network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in an educational setting with behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a student to meet goals outlined in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Use de-escalation techniques and crisis management when needed.
• Support students with personal care and safety during transitions.
