Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) recruits a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs within in-district classrooms or standalone SESI programs.

You will work under guidance to implement IEP goals, assist in behavior support, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Benefits include training, credentialing support, and access to SESI’s PBIS CASE framework, with a focus on safe, respectful student experiences and proven data-driven

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions in education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student one-on-one per IEP goals.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to implement plans.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate with parents.
