Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a motivated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect real‑time data to track progress.

Collaborating with BCBA supervisors, families, and caregivers, you’ll help ensure consistency and generalization of skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data in real time using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
