Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision, delivering evidence-based therapy and collecting progress data in real time.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs and families, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for children and families we serve.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions
