Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a compassionate RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans supervised by a BCBA and collect real-time data to track progress, ensuring consistency across environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and caregivers, maintaining a safe and engaging session environment while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver''s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
