Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans.

You will collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families, collect real-time data, and contribute to meaningful skill development while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. We offer competitive hourly rates, comprehensive onboarding, career development, and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
