Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized plans and track progress under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible for certification, with a HS diploma and a passion for helping families. Valid driving license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
