Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy, implement plans, and track client progress with our clinical software.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs and families to support skill development, maintain a safe environment, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for children and families served by our team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• HS diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
