Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an enthusiastic RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children diagnosed with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings.

You will implement intervention plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to foster meaningful skill development.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
