Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will deliver 1:1 services, implement individualized intervention plans, and collect precise progress data.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
