Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in our Missouri clinics. You will work under BCBA supervision in a clinic-based setting, helping kids develop communication, social, and adaptive living skills through our play-based Reggio ABA approach.

The role requires an active RBT certification and a commitment to consistent attendance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active Status: Must hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Ethics & Conduct: Maintain high standards of professional integrity.
• Renewal Management: Manage timely RBT renewal and competency assessments.
• Background Check: Must pass and maintain a clear background check.
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through Reggio ABA.
