A leading ABA therapy organization in Missouri is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 therapy to children with Autism. The role requires compassion, reliability, and an RBT Certification. Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, collecting progress data, and maintaining a safe environment. Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance at assigned clinic.
• Must not have immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1-6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior.
• Participate in regular training and feedback sessions.
