Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is seeking adaptable, high-energy individuals for part-time 1:1 ABA support with children aged 1–6 in our Missouri clinics. Under a BCBA, you will implement ABA protocols during mealtime and play-based learning, ensuring accurate data collection.

This role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain required clearances. Training is provided; advancement with RBT certification is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED, transcripts may be required.
• Must pass background check and maintain a clear record.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children 1–6 in clinic.
• Implement ABA protocols written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on each child’s progress.
• Assist with daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with families respectfully.
• Encourage play and social engagement through Reggio ABA™.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
