Job summary

AB Spectrum is hiring dedicated RBTs to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in our clinic settings across Missouri. You will work under the supervision of on-site BCBAs, helping kids develop communication, social, and daily living skills through our Reggio ABA™ approach.

The role is physically active and requires reliability, with scheduled hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, starting pay $20.00/hour. Growth opportunities include merit-based increases and long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• Understanding of RBT Ethics Code and professional integrity.
• Timely completion of RBT renewal process to avoid lapse.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children 2–6 in a clinic setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with families.
