Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. in Caldwell is recruiting a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related needs. Under BCBA supervision, you’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills across clinic, home and community.

You’ll track progress with daily data, follow treatment plans, communicate with families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and emotional regulation.

Qualificações

• Current RBT credentials or eligibility to obtain within training program.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in clinic, home and community.
• Track behavior and skill-building progress through daily data collection.
• Support clients using BCBA-designed treatment and behavior support plans.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Promote positive skill development, independence and emotional regulation.
