Job summary

AB Spectrum in Missouri is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in a clinic setting. You will work with on-site BCBA supervision, implement individualized plans, and help children develop communication, social, and adaptive skills through our play-based Reggio ABA™ approach.

The role is active and on-site, involving floor-based interactions, data collection, and collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Minimum of 3 months experience with children aged 2–6.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through Reggio ABA™.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
