Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in our Missouri clinics. You will work under BCBA supervision in a play-based Reggio ABA™ approach and be part of a supportive, growth-minded team.

Position offers full-time hours, on-site shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package. A current RBT certification and US work eligibility are required to join and advance within our mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Active status: must hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Background check must be passed and maintained.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate respectfully with families.
