Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

Active RBT certification, CPR/First Aid, and TB screening are required. The role supports skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains and demands compassionate, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Criminal background and abuse registry checks required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy under supervisor BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain safe, ethical therapy environment.
• Uphold RBT credential in good standing with BACB.
• Adhere to BACB RBT Ethics Code and policies.
