Mindcolor Autism in Colorado is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will support children in building communication, social skills, and daily living tasks in collaborative team settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid RBT Certification preferred.
• Experience with children or behavioral needs preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teach functional communication and social skills.
• Maintain accurate data and progress notes.
• Follow individualized treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team.
• Support families and caregivers.
