Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in North Carolina seeks an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and track progress with clinical software, collaborating with families and the care team.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
