Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings across North Carolina. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision, collect real-time progress data, and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure consistent skill development.

Applicants should hold an active RBT certification (or be eligible to obtain one) and possess a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or eligibility)
• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs designed by supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
