Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and progress.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, maintaining a safe environment, and communicating effectively with the clinical team and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill programs.
• Collect real-time progress data using clinical software.
• Collaborate with BCBA, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment during sessions.
