Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings in North Carolina. You will implement individualized behavior plans under supervision and collect progress data to inform ongoing treatment.

The role requires an active RBT certification or eligibility, a High School diploma (BA preferred), reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to collaborate with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification is required or eligible.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate data in real-time using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
