Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment program. You will provide 1-1 ABA services under BCBA supervision, supporting children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

Shifts run Monday–Friday with options 9am–4pm, 3pm–7pm, or 4pm–7pm. We offer paid training, competitive pay, a collaborative team, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data on progress and report results.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with moving and supervising children during sessions.
