Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our center-based treatment team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum, under the supervision of BCBAs, delivering planned interventions during afternoon sessions. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3pm-7pm or 4pm-7pm.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD preferred but not required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities as children move within the session area.
