Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a passionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism in home settings in New Jersey. You will deliver ABA therapy, track progress, and collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement behavior plans.

Flexible part-time shifts are available, with training provided and opportunities to learn alongside experienced BCBA mentors in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
