Voxidea-Stafi seeks an experienced Billing Specialist to support U.S.-based law firms remotely. You will maintain accurate financial records, handle AR/AP, and prepare financial statements in line with U.S. GAAP.

Ideal candidates have accounting experience with U.S. tax regulations, proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong English and Spanish communication. This fully remote role requires reliable internet and Latin America residency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accountant working with U.S.-based companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Experience preparing and filing U.S. tax returns and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage and file U.S. tax forms (e.g., federal and state returns, 1099s, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
• Use accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online or similar) for bookkeeping and reporting.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
