Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from a reputable university; MBA and master’s degree in HR Management would be an asset.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner with expertise in Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Career Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications & SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills and being a good team player.
Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for all employees regarding HR-related matters in the Sales and Marketing Office in Istanbul. Provide solutions in coordination with HR Function Leaders.
- Be responsible for all HR processes (recruitment process, orientation process, talent management to exit process, budget management, and HR reporting, etc.).
- Work with leaders to define team and organizational development needs to design and facilitate delivery of solutions and analyze various HR metrics, providing reports and presentations on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Understand the business drivers, strategies, and functions as a strategic partner to the business, building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels while working closely with managers.
- Manage employee development and performance improvement processes in cooperation with Gürok Academy.
- Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes, strong follow-up, and reporting.
- Improve employee experience and engagement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Support and actively contribute to the Employer Brand Communication plan.
