A leading staffing company in Turkey is looking for an experienced Health and Safety, Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Manager. The ideal candidate will drive safety culture, ensure compliance with local laws, and lead sustainability initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering and extensive experience in H&S management are required. Excellent communication in English and Turkish is a must.
Qualificações
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- At least a B Class Safety Specialist Certificate; A Class preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Responsabilidades
- Create and nurture a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
- Develop, update, and implement H&S policies.
- Provide expert advice on compliance and risk management.
- Inspire colleagues to adopt safer practices.
- Maintain ISO certifications for the site.
- Drive sustainability initiatives like decarbonization.

We are looking forHealth and Safety, Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Manager.
- Create and nurture a strong safety culture on the shop floor — ensuring employees, contractors, and visitors work in line with H&S policies and procedures.
- Develop, update, and implement H&S policies in compliance with local laws and group standards.
- Provide expert advice to all departments on compliance, regulatory changes, and proactive risk management.
- Lead by influence — inspiring colleagues at all levels to embrace safer, smarter ways of working.
- Maintain or achieve ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications for the site.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes, build relationships with local institutions, and protect the company’s reputation.
- Support plant leadership on sustainability, environmental, and energy compliance.
- Drive major sustainability initiatives like decarbonization, water stewardship, and zero waste to landfill.
- Oversee budgets for H&S and ISEE, and help model energy and water consumption with cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years in a manufacturing environment. (preferred)
- At least a B Class Safety Specialist Certificate. (A Class preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.
