Job summary

A leading staffing company in Turkey is looking for an experienced Health and Safety, Industrial Sustainability, Environment & Energy Manager. The ideal candidate will drive safety culture, ensure compliance with local laws, and lead sustainability initiatives. A bachelor's degree in engineering and extensive experience in H&S management are required. Excellent communication in English and Turkish is a must.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• At least a B Class Safety Specialist Certificate; A Class preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and nurture a strong safety culture on the shop floor.
• Develop, update, and implement H&S policies.
• Provide expert advice on compliance and risk management.
• Inspire colleagues to adopt safer practices.
• Maintain ISO certifications for the site.
• Drive sustainability initiatives like decarbonization.
