A leading fashion brand in Turkey is seeking a People Growth & Employer Brand Manager to shape development journeys and position the company as a top employer. The role involves designing learning strategies, enhancing employee experiences, and developing an impactful employer brand narrative. Ideal candidates should have 8+ years in Learning & Development and Employer Branding, a strong background in retail or fashion, and excellent storytelling abilities.
