Qualifications

  • Preferably a graduate of the Engineering departments of universities.
  • Preferably with experience in export.
  • Able to use MS Office programs at a good level and preferably with SAP experience.
  • Advanced level of English is required.
  • Preferably with Autocad and SAP knowledge.
  • Basic finance knowledge is necessary.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Must demonstrate customer, people and communication orientation.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities

  • Management of all order and operation processes after NI & MOD & Spare Parts sales
  • Control and follow-up of SAP technical and financial steps processes
  • Providing operational and financial bridge duty with export business partners
  • Preparation of cost and profitability reports of current orders, comparison of estimated costs with actual costs
  • Reporting of monthly shipment forecast after sales to Export Manager and follow-up with business partners
  • Providing monthly information and relevant announcements to business partners
  • Supporting 3-month forecast study together with sales team
  • Supporting in operation processes in coordination with logistics team
  • Analysis and control of results resulting from financial closings
  • Management of contract, sanction, etc. controls of payments coming from abroad together with banks
What you bring
