At Koton, we don’t just set fashion trends we redefine how people grow, engage and thrive at work. We are looking for a People Growth & Employer Brand Manager who will play a pivotal role in building inspiring development journeys and positioning Koton as a top employer in the fashion industry.

In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful initiatives across our headquarters, retail and logistics teams while also supporting our global organization designing learning strategies that unlock employee potential and crafting a bold employer brand narrative that reflects who we are and where we’re going.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development and Employer Branding, preferably in retail or fashion
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong grasp of learning technologies, digital learning trends and instructional design
  • Compelling storytelling and content creation skills; strong presentation and communication abilities
  • High-level planning, organization and project management competencies
  • A strategic, curious mind paired with creativity, proactivity and ownership

  • Drive internal communication projects to foster a sense of belonging, engagement and entrepreneurial spirit
