We are seeking a R&D Formulation Specialist to join our R&D department at Gebze Production Facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field,
• Master’s and/or Doctorate Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology or Organic Chemistry is preferable,
• At least 2 years of experience in new product formulation development is an advantage,
• Knowledge of all galenic equipment and experience with laboratory scale and pilot production equipment,
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP),
• Competence in EU/US and TR regulations and related guidance,
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• A creative and innovative mindset,

Job Description

• Fulfill all responsibilities as specified in departmental procedures and instructions,
• Carry out and report on new product formulation and process development for various dosage forms,
• Conduct process validation and optimization for new products,
• Perform literature searches and patent evaluations,
• Prepare documents in CTD format,
• Perform statistical analysis, QbD, DoE, and risk assessments (experience with Minitab software is preferable).
