Toyota Turkey Marketing and Sales Inc. is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to manage submission, analysis, and reporting of warranty claims and to support dealers across warranty and return processes.

The role requires an engineering/business-related bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in the automotive field, with strong English and MS Office skills. You will conduct on-site and online warranty audits, publish communications, and coordinate with Toyota Motor Europe on warranty workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.
• Strong analytical thinking, persuasion, and problem solving.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and no travel restrictions.
• Experience with warranty processes and reporting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage submission, analysis, follow-up and reporting of warranty claims.
• Support dealers in warranty and return processes and related system updates.
• Conduct warranty audits online and on-site at dealerships and prepare reports.
• Publish and follow up on warranty communications and documentation.
• Prepare monthly warranty reporting data and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with Toyota Motor Europe (TME) on warranty processes.
• Support extended warranty projects and related training.
• Develop and maintain warranty procedures and monitor regulatory changes.
