Job summary

Çelik Motor is seeking a Warranty Specialist to manage warranty activities across our brands, ensuring policy compliance, timely claim resolution, and cost control. You will support authorized service centers with process training, audits, and improvements, while coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams to enhance after-sales services.

The role requires strong warranty knowledge, SAP/ERP experience, and excellent English communication. Travel locally may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with good academic record.
• 3+ years of experience in motorcycle/automotive after-sales or warranty services.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes and service-center operations.
• Technical understanding to evaluate fault reports and warranty docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty activities per company and manufacturer policies and laws.
• Control warranty costs and monitor budget targets within the warranty dept.
• Ensure prompt, accurate, transparent processing of warranty claims.
• Provide training, visits and audits for authorized service centers.
• Collaborate across teams to improve Aftersales policies and practices.
• Coordinate with service centers, manufacturers and internal teams.
