Job summary

Renault Trucks Türkiye is seeking a technically skilled service professional to act as the help desk for dealers and customers, handling complex repair and warranty requests. You will perform warranty audits, share new technical information, and conduct regular dealer visits from Istanbul to strengthen service standards.

The role requires a mechanical/automotive engineering degree, 3+ years in technical service or warranty operations, strong English, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in technical service, aftersales, or warranty operations (preferably automotive/heavy‑duty).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support dealers/customers.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and provide practical solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Office and technical documentation tools.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel frequently for dealer/customer visits.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Team player with proactive, customer‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the help desk for the dealer network and customers regarding complex technical repair and warranty/goodwill requests.
• Perform warranty quality audits based on claim details provided by the warranty department.
• Improve customer satisfaction by sharing and following up on new technical information with dealers.
• Attend and follow up on relevant trainings and meetings.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers and customers.
• Ensure private dealer workshops apply correct repair procedures and perform proper repairs through periodic visits.
• Evaluate the competence levels of private dealer workshop technicians, service equipment, and special tools.
• Provide feedback and compile necessary reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure effective use of warranty and goodwill budgets by evaluating and inspecting related cases.
• Support the sales team when required.
• Provide assistance to the Service 24/7 team when needed.
