Job summary

TEMSA, a leading bus and midibus manufacturer, seeks a Warranty & After-Sales specialist to oversee authorized service warranty processes across regions. You will manage claims, analyze costs, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Preferred candidates have engineering degrees and 2+ years in warranty, with travel willingness and strong communication skills to drive process improvements in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering fields (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales services or warranty in the bus and commercial vehicle sector.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for authorized service/dealer warranty processes in regions of responsibility.
• Follow entire process from receipt of warranty request to final resolution.
• Monitor and manage warranty payments to authorized services/dealers.

Education

Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive)

Experience in after-sales services or warranty (bus/commercial vehicles)

What is the job waiting for you?

• To be directly responsible for the authorized service / dealer warranty processes regions of responsibility,
• To follow the whole process from the receipt of the warranty request to its resulted,
• To follow the warranty payments to be made to authorized service / dealers,
• To be responsible for analyzing the warranty expenses instantaneously and following the increases,
• To investigate the root causes that trigger the increases and to inform the relevant departments,
• To follow the Warranty Budget,
• Providing budget preparation, reporting and control of budget status in certain periods for the next year within the responsibility,
• Analyzing the problems arising from the field within the scope of warranty activities,
• To analyze frequently changing and costly parts,
• To provide reimbursement to suppliers for supplier related expenses
• Performing root cause analysis by using 8D reports on supplier-related problems and following up the necessary actions
• Collection of warranty parts and warranty warehouse tracking,
• To be responsible for warranty audits,
• To organize and follow up warranty trainings,
• Being responsible for the procurement processes in regions of responsibility,
• To be responsible for Extended Warranty processes,
• To ensure the preparation of reports regarding warranty,

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering departments (Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in after-sales services or warranty in the bus and commercial vehicle sector
• Able to travel domestic & international
• Capable of solving technical and engineering problems,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, team-oriented,
• Analytical thinker, effective in problem-solving,
• Valid driving license,
• High persuasive skills
• Open to innovations and changes, eager to develop processes, with a holistic perspective
• Ability to focus on details & results with a mindset of customer needs
