Job summary

TEMSA is seeking a SAP Business Analyst in Adana to lead end-to-end analyses of dealer networks, order management, and logistics. You will optimize SAP SD/MM, EDI flows, and integrations with PP/FI/WM modules, and prepare functional specs for ABAP teams.

The role requires 3+ years in SAP analysis within manufacturing, a strong grasp of ECC/S4HANA transitions, and willingness to reside in Adana. TEMSA offers a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS or related departments.
At least 3 years of experience in SAP business analysis, process design and configuration processes.
Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules (logistics and sales); preferably ECC projects or live transitions, willing to participate in S4HANA transition studies.
Experience in business processes and ERP applications in automotive/manufacturing sectors.
Familiar with EDI integrations and dealer network management mechanisms.
Proficient in functional analysis documentation, preparing UAT scenarios and process modeling.
Residing in or able to reside in Adana.

Responsibilities

End-to-end analysis of dealer network, order management, pricing, and invoicing processes in automotive sector.
Optimization of Customer Portal integrations (SAP Portal – Fiori, B2B), delivery plans, and shipping steps.
Tracking and analysis of critical EDI (order, delivery note, invoice) flows in supply chain.
Analysis of MRP, purchase orders, approvals, and inventory management for automotive production/supply chain.
Improvement studies on warehouse entry-exit movements and inventory management.
Integration analysis of SAP SD/MM with production (PP), finance (FI/CO), and warehouse (WM/EWM) modules.
Analyzing data flows and API/RFC integrations between SAP and external apps (MES, PLM, B2B Dealer Portals, Spare Parts Catalog Systems).
Understanding IDoc, EDI, API/Web Service in SAP portals and analyzing integration errors.
Collecting requests from sales, purchasing, and logistics; creating As-Is/To-Be documents and handing to ABAP teams.
Managing pre-live UAT and training key users.
Converting business needs into functional requirements and performing gap analyses.
Investigating problems to determine if they originate from orders, deliveries, invoices, master data, customization, or integrations.

Job Description:

End-to-end analysis of dealer network, order management, pricing, and invoicing processes suitable for the automotive sector.
Optimization of Customer Portal integrations (SAP Portal – Fiori, B2B), delivery plans, and shipping (logistics execution) steps.
Tracking and process analysis of critical EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) flows (order, delivery note, invoice) in the supply chain.
Analysis of material requirements planning (MRP), purchase orders, approval mechanisms, and inventory management processes suitable for the automotive production/supply chain.
Improvement studies on warehouse entry-exit movements and inventory management processes.
Integration analysis of SAP SD/MM modules with production (PP), finance (FI/CO), and, if applicable, warehouse management (WM/EWM) modules.
Analyzing data flows and API/RFC integrations between SAP and commonly used external applications in the automotive sector (MES - Manufacturing Execution Systems, PLM, B2B Dealer Portals, Spare Parts Catalog Systems).
Understanding the basic working principles of structures such as IDoc, EDI, API/Web Service in SAP's portal, B2B, and other system integrations, and being able to analyze integration errors.
Collecting requests from sales, purchasing, and logistics departments, preparing functional analysis documents, and transferring them to ABAP software teams.
Managing pre-live user acceptance tests (UAT) of developed automotive applications and SAP screens and providing training to key users.
Accurately analyzing needs from business units, creating As-Is / To-Be processes, performing gap analysis, and converting needs into functional requirements.
Investigating a problem from a user, determining whether it originates from orders, deliveries, invoices, master data, customization, or integrations.

Qualifications :

Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related departments of universities,
At least 3 years of experience in SAP business analysis, process design and configuration processes
Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules (covering both the logistics and sales aspects of the process), Preferably experienced in SAP ECC projects or live transition processes, willing to participate in S4HANA transition studies.
Experienced in business processes and ERP applications in the automotive, automotive sub-industry or manufacturing sector,
Familiar with EDI integrations and dealer network management mechanisms,
Proficient in functional analysis documentation, preparing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios and process modeling
Residing in or able to reside in Adana.
