Job summary

TEMSA is seeking an engineer to produce and verify prototypes, coordinate with project stakeholders, and optimize manufacturing processes in a dynamic workshop environment.

Ideal candidates have engineering degrees and 2+ years in the bus sector, with strong analytical and communication skills and a willingness to innovate and adapt to changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive).
• Minimum 2 years in the bus/commercial vehicle sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to develop processes and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Ability to produce and verify the prototype of the designed product in the workshop.
• Regularly reporting workshop outputs of projects to relevant stakeholders, tracking WBS and shopping lists.
• Working in coordination with project stakeholders.
• Analyzing processes and offering improvement suggestions.
• Ability to plan time and resources; create a workshop schedule for the project.
• Developing quick and permanent solutions to technical problems that arise during production.
• Managing manufacturing planning, production line optimization, and maintenance and repair processes.
• Preparing prototypes in the workshop environment during the design and development processes of new products.
• Taking an active role in prototype development and verification processes.
