Job summary

TEMSA, a leading Turkish vehicle manufacturer, seeks a driven Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive new initiatives within the Business Development Team. The role emphasizes planning, risk mitigation, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced mobility environment.

Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree, have at least 2 years of experience, and speak fluent English. Knowledge of AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus, and TEMSA offers growth opportunities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields.
• Fluent English mandatory; second language a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools歓迎.

Responsibilities

• Engage cross-functional Temsa teams to plan and execute new projects.
• Coordinate project teams and ensure timely completion with risk mitigation.
• Follow internal activities and troubleshoot progress.
• List issues, communicate to stakeholders, and deliver action plans on time.
• Analyze issues by impact and prioritize accordingly.
• Report progress of items to the Business Development Team.
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders to align deliverables.
• Support solutions aligned with project outcomes and targets.
• Use AI tools in daily project work; identify repetitive tasks to automate.

What is the job waiting for you?

• Engages cross-functional teams at Temsa to ensure the planning and execution of new projects developed by the Business Development Team
• Coordinates project teams and ensures timely completion of processes, including risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Follows all internal activities and troubleshoots the progress
• Ensures all issues are listed, communicated to stakeholders and that action plans are delivered on time
• Analyzes issues in terms of impact and prioritizes them accordingly
• Reports issues and follows the progress of items until resolution
• Engages cross-functional teams at Temsa to ensure the planning and execution of new projects developed by the Business Development Team
• Coordinates project teams and ensures timely completion of processes, including risk analysis and mitigation planning

• Ensures all issues are listed, communicated to stakeholders and that action plans are delivered on time
• Analyzes issues in terms of impact and prioritizes them accordingly
• Reports issues and follows the progress of items until resolution
• Establishes effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project outputs are completed in line with expectations
• Contributes to developing solutions aligned with the intended outcome and key targets of the project
• Reports the status of all items to the Business Development Team on a regular basis
• Uses AI-supported tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot) in daily project work
• Identifies repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated, and proposes practical improvements to the team's ways of working
• Supports the team in evaluating how AI and digital technologies affect the projects and partners in scope

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Preferably experienced in mobility, automotive or technology sectors
• Knowledge of PMP, Agile or similar project management methodologies is a preferred asset
• Fluent English is mandatory; a second language is a preferred asset
• Practical familiarity with AI-supported productivity tools and an interest in applying them to project work is a preferred asset
• Advanced analytical thinking, design thinking orientation, problem solving, result orientation and organizational skills
• Prone to teamwork, go-getter attitude and strong communication skills
