Job summary

TEMSA'da Adana merkezli bir Tedarik Mühendisi aranmaktadır. Görev, direkt malzeme ve proje ihtiyaçları için tedarik süreçlerini yönetmek, RFQ paketleri hazırlamak ve tedarikçi tekliflerini analiz etmekten oluşur.

SAP üzerinden sipariş ve kayıtlar oluşturulur; mühendislik, kalite ve üretim ile koordinasyon sağlanır. Gereken nitelikler arasında ilgili bir mühendislik dalında lisans, 3+ yıl tedarik/tedarik yönetimi deneyimi ve SAP MM bilgisi bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in procurement, sourcing, supplier management or project purchasing.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong SAP MM and MS Office knowledge.
• English proficiency and relocation to Adana willingness.

Responsibilities

• Direct materials and project procurement management aligned with targets.
• Prepare RFQ packages, collect bids, and perform price/cost analyses.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, delivery, and terms.
• Create and track purchase orders, contracts, and supplier records (SAP).
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Production, Logistics, and Projects.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, and performance follow-up.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, readiness, and procurement risks.
• Review technical specs/drawings with relevant teams as needed.
• Support cost improvement, localization, and alternate supplier initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities follow procedures and approval workflows.

What is the job waiting for you?

• Manage procurement activities for direct materials, project needs, and supplier-related processes in line with company targets.
• Prepare RFQ packages, collect supplier offers, consolidate bids, and conduct price and cost analyses.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive cost, quality, delivery, and contract terms.
• Create and follow up on purchase orders, contracts, supplier records, and related reports through SAP or relevant systems.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Production, Logistics, and Project teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, development, and performance follow-up activities.
• Monitor project timelines, sourcing milestones, supplier readiness, and potential procurement risks.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements together with relevant teams when needed.
• Support cost improvement, localization, alternative supplier, and process development initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities are carried out in compliance with company procedures and approval workflows.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Automotive, or Materials & Metallurgy Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more procurement-related areas, including sourcing, supplier management, project purchasing, cost analysis, or other supply chain functions.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of direct material procurement, supplier management, contract management, and/or cost analysis.
• Good command of SAP MM or similar ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or drawings is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Result-oriented, proactive, organized, and able to follow multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong team player with effective stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in Adana or willing to relocate.
