ZTT in Turkiye seeks a Wireless Country Manager to lead the wireless product business, own strategic direction, and drive growth with key accounts such as Turk Telekom, Turkcell, and Vodafone Turkiye.

The role demands 5+ years in telecom sales and 2+ years with operator wireless businesses, strong leadership, and bilingual Turkish–English communication. Travel and regional collaboration with global teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional telecommunications sales and business development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct operator wireless business experience (RF/wireless).
• Fluency in Turkish and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Established relationships with Turkish operators and system integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive ZTT’s wireless product business strategy and revenue growth in Turkiye.
• Manage key tier-1 telecom accounts: Turk Telekom, Turkcell, Vodafone Turkiye.
• Lead sales and bids across 5G, data center, and railway communication projects.
• Mentor the local wireless team and coordinate with global manufacturing and marketing.
• Develop independent market strategies and monitor competitive landscape.
