Job summary

Binance in Turkey is seeking a highly execution-oriented Community & Events Manager to lead offline activations, local partnerships, and content collaboration. You will drive growth through local events, creator partnerships, and engaging campaigns that resonant with Turkish users.

The role requires hands-on event execution, budget discipline, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or community activations.
• Hands-on, end-to-end offline event execution at scale.
• Proven budget management, supplier coordination, and cost tracking.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish market, culture, and content ecosystems.
• Experience managing KOLs/creators for local campaigns is preferred.
• Strong execution mindset, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent Turkish and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute offline events end to end, from meetups to flagship events.
• Manage venues, speakers, partners, logistics, budgets, and on-site delivery.
• Develop local partnerships with universities, communities, and creators.
• Coordinate creator collaboration and ensure local relevance and impact.
• Track attendance, engagement, and post-event performance.
• Provide regular reports and insights to cross-functional teams.
