Job summary

Sigenergy is seeking a driven Utility Account Manager to drive sales growth of utility-scale solar PV and energy storage projects in Turkey. You will lead customer development, secure opportunities, and coordinate with solution and technical teams to win large-scale ground-mounted projects.

You will build relationships with utilities, EPCs, and developers, manage the bid process, and contribute to market-entry strategies while meeting profitability targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted projects in Turkey.
• Experience with ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields; Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV and energy storage projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and utilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Manager and technical teams for pre-sales, bids, and feasibility.
• Participate in bid preparation, negotiations, and contract signing.
• Support awarded projects during pre-contract and execution phases.
• Collect market intelligence and translate insights into sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing on market entry and customer engagement.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report pipeline and forecasts.
