Job summary

Capalo AI is seeking a driven sales-oriented teammate to introduce Capalo AI and Capalo Zeus VPP to customers in Turkey. You will build relationships, discover customer priorities, and demonstrate how our AI-powered platform creates value for energy storage operators.

From the first conversation to a signed agreement, you will guide the commercial journey and help Capalo AI establish a trusted Turkish presence, attending energy events and collaborating with our Helsinki office.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B new business development experience.
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial solutions.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across Turkey and build new customer relationships.
• Pitch Capalo Zeus VPP capabilities to prospective customers.
• Guide customers from initial conversation to signed agreement.
• Maintain CRM data and update the team on progress.
• Travel to energy events across Turkey and occasional Helsinki visits.
