Job summary

edelkrone, a designer and manufacturer of motion control systems, seeks a Head of Sales to lead outbound, key account and partner sales worldwide from Ankara, Türkiye, with international travel. You will define the sales plan, build and guide digital and field teams, and stay involved in the most important deals alongside the CEO.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Marketing, Growth and Product to drive growth and expand the dealer and distributor network globally.

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B or international sales with a track record of leading sales teams.
Proven success closing large deals and meeting targets.
Experience building and growing dealer, distributor or partner networks.
Data-driven, proficient with CRM, pipeline management and reporting.
English fluency with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Own outbound, key account and partner sales worldwide and set sales targets.
Build and lead digital and field sales teams to achieve goals.
Negotiate and close key deals with production companies, broadcasters and rental houses.
Grow the partner network and manage dealers and distributors globally.
Run a predictable sales process, manage CRM, and forecast reliably.
Leverage AI tools in prospecting, outreach and reporting.
