Job summary

Capalo AI is accelerating the green energy transition by maximizing the value of large-scale energy storage through AI and optimization. We are seeking a driven sales-focused teammate to introduce Capalo Zeus VPP to customers in Turkey and build lasting partnerships.

You will travel across Turkey, engage with prospects, and guide them from initial contact to signed agreements while helping Capalo AI grow its presence in the Turkish market, with collaboration to our Helsinki team as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience developing new business in a B2B environment.
• Ability to translate customer needs into commercial solutions.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Willingness to travel across Turkey and visits to Helsinki.
• Structured approach to following up with customers and managing a sales pipeline.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising opportunities across Turkey.
• Generate new business via cold calling, direct outreach and pitching.
• Learn customer priorities and explain Capalo Zeus VPP value.
• Guide customers from first contact to contract execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM and report progress to the team.
• Attend energy events across Turkey and collaborate with the Helsinki office.
